Development is critical for the creation and preservation of affordable housing. Whether building new affordable housing units or undertaking major property rehabilitation, Ripley Housing is committed to providing safe and affordable housing for the benefit of our residents and community.
Ripley Housing has created a nonprofit affiliate, ServeCom, to promote the development of affordable housing. Through ServeCom, RH will purchase blighted and neglected properties (single-family homes or multi-family complexes) to renovate and convert to affordable housing.
Through local partnerships, ServeCom is positioned to support the affordable housing goals of RH by providing safe, affordable housing opportunities.
