TO: RIPLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY RESIDENTS

INSPECTION DEFICIENCIES REPAIRS
Beginning Monday, July 6, 2020, Ripley Housing Authority (RHA) maintenance staff will begin entering all RHA apartments to repair deficiencies identified during the last annual inspections. The schedule for each property is as follows:

Crescent, Highland, & Bluebird - July 6 - 10
Lafayette & Chickasaw - July 6 - 10
Chapel Circle & Northcrest St (100s) - July 13 - 17
Northcrest St. (200s) - July 20 - 24
Willow Creek - July 27 - 31
