Joyce Edwards Named CEO of Ripley Housing

Joyce Edwards was appointed as CEO for Ripley Housing on June 27, 2024, in Ripley, TN. Joyce joined the Ripley Housing Office as Finance Director in July 2018. On January 1, 2024, Joyce was appointed as COO of Ripley Housing.

Joyce currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from UT Martin. She has her license as a National Center for Housing Management Certified Financial Specialist, National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials Financial Management Specialist, and Certified Municipal Finance Officer.

Joyce is a member of the Dream Factory Organization. She is a member of Ripley Rotary and served as Ripley Rotary President during 2023-2024. She is a member of Church Grove Baptist in Newbern, TN. She has been married for 34 years to her husband Larry "Speedy" Edwards. They have two children, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
