Bi-Annual Inspections & Preventative Maintenance

To: All Ripley Housing Residents

Beginning Monday, December 12, through Thursday, December 15, 2022, Ripley Housing maintenance staff, along with a hired contractor, will be performing inspections in all apartments.

Beginning Monday, December 12, through Thursday, December 15, 2022, Ripley Housing maintenance staff will be entering all apartments to perform the following preventative maintenance services:

  1. Inspect and replace smoke detector batteries as needed.
  2. Inspect and replace carbon monoxide detector batteries as needed.
  3. Replace all HVAC filters.
  4. Clean gutters.
