Fire Hazard Warning

To: Ripley Housing Authority (RHA) Residents

Since the first of the year, there have been 3 grass fires on RHA properties. This is a warning that burning of any kind on the property is strictly prohibited. That includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Burning garbage
  2. Shooting fireworks
  3. Throwing out cigarette/cigar buds
  4. Playing with matches and/or lighters

These fires are dangerous and can cause property damage, bodily injury, and/or death. Any resident determined to be in violation of this is subject to immediate eviction and responsible for any damages.
